SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Before anything else, we care about how and why you shop. We're a sustainable brand, and that means we ask you to shop slowly and intentionally. Look twice, buy once. Take your time before you purchase, make sure it's right for you, and if it isn't, we're here to help. We'd rather you return something than end up with a piece you'll never wear. That's worse for you and worse for the planet.

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to fix it.

SHIPPING

All orders are dispatched within 48 to 72 hours of purchase. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with full tracking details. Every order, everywhere in the world, is fully tracked.

The courier used will depend on the shipping option selected at checkout.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order arrives. Items must be unworn and in original condition, with all swing tags, size labels, care labels and brand labels intact and undamaged. Items do not need to be returned in original packaging.

To start a return, email us at hello@eitanbroude.com with your name and order number and we'll take it from there.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For orders over $1,000 AUD, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds will be processed within 4 days. You'll be notified by email once it's done.

EXCHANGES

If you need a different size or fit, we're happy to help. You have two options:

Place a new order for the correct size and return the original item for a full refund. This is the fastest option and means you won't have to wait for us to process the return before your new order ships.

Or, send the item back and once we receive and inspect it, we'll ship out your new size. Allow a little extra time for this option.

A NOTE ON SALES

We don't do sales. Not because we can't, but because we don't need to. Everything we make is seasonless. It isn't tied to a trend, a season, or a moment. It's not going out of style next month, so there's no reason to discount it. The price reflects exactly what it costs to make something properly, and that's not something we're willing to compromise on. What you see is what it is, now and always. So if you love something, there's no better time than now.

DUTIES & TAXES

Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not within our control. We are unable to predict or cover these costs.

If you refuse a shipment due to import fees, please be aware that we cannot offer a refund in this situation. We do not receive the item back and therefore cannot process a return. We strongly encourage you to check your country's import regulations before placing an order.
